EEMO.AI Referral Program Policy

1. Introduction

This Referral Program Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the EEMO.AI ("Platform") referral program ("Program"). The Program is operated by EEMO.AI, a product of EMO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Participation in the Program is subject to this Policy, the EEMO.AI Terms & Conditions, and any other policies or guidelines published by the Company.

2. Eligibility

• Referrers and referees must be legal residents of countries where EEMO.AI services are available.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Definitions

• Referrer: An existing EEMO.AI user who shares a unique referral link or code with potential new users.
• Referee: A new user who signs up for EEMO.AI using a valid referral link or code provided by a Referrer.
• Referral Link/Code: A unique URL or alphanumeric code assigned to each Referrer, used to track successful referrals.
• Qualifying Action: A specific action required by the Referee (e.g., account registration, first wallet top-up, or initial transaction) that triggers a referral reward.

4. How the Program Works

1. Obtaining a Referral Link/Code: Eligible Referrers can access their unique referral link or code via their EEMO.AI dashboard or mobile app.
2. Sharing the Link/Code: Referrers may share their referral link/code with potential Referees through email, social media, messaging apps, or other channels, subject to anti-spam laws and the Platform’s Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Referee Registration: The Referee must click the referral link or enter the referral code during account registration on EEMO.AI.
4. Qualifying Action: The Referee must complete the required Qualifying Action, as specified by the Company.
5. Reward Issuance: Upon successful completion, both the Referrer and Referee receive the predetermined reward.

5. Referral Rewards

• Referrer Reward: X credits in EEMO.AI Wallet for each Referee who completes the Qualifying Action.
• Referee Reward: X credits in EEMO.AI Wallet upon completing the Qualifying Action.
• Rewards are subject to a monthly cap of X per Referrer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Reward credits will appear in the EEMO.AI Wallet within seven (7) business days after verification.

6. Reward Redemption

• Credits can be used toward any paid service on EEMO.AI, including top-ups, subscriptions, or bookings.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Credits expire 90 days after issuance if not redeemed.

7. Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

• We may withhold or revoke rewards if referrals are found to be fraudulent or in bad faith.
• The Company may audit and reverse any credits suspected of abuse or policy violations.
• Attempts to gain rewards ineligible ways may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Modification and Termination

• The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or this Policy at any time.
• Upon termination, all unpaid rewards will be forfeited unless required otherwise by law.

9. Privacy and Data Use

• Participation requires sharing personal data like names, emails, and referral codes.
• We process personal data per the EEMO.AI Privacy Policy.
• Referrers must obtain Referee consent before sharing data.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Except where prohibited by law, our total liability under this Program will not exceed the total value of rewards granted.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Policy and related disputes are governed by the laws specified in the EEMO.AI Terms & Conditions, including dispute resolution procedures.
