Terms of Service
These Terms explain the production rules for using eEMO.Ai as a Zambia-first digital intermediary for marketplace transactions, hiring, events, bookings, AI-assisted workflows, support, and related platform services.
Purpose and Acceptance
By creating an account, browsing listings, posting content, making purchases, requesting services, buying tickets, or otherwise using eEMO.Ai, you agree to these Terms and any platform rules, approval conditions, or module-specific notices shown in the product. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform Positioning
eEMO.Ai operates primarily as a digital intermediary, discovery, workflow, and transaction-coordination platform. Except where the platform expressly states that it is the direct merchant, service provider, organizer, or contracting party, eEMO.Ai does not own third-party goods, employ third-party workers, perform third-party services, or assume organizer responsibility for third-party events.
Zambia-First, Africa-Ready Use
The platform is structured first for operations connected to Zambia, while remaining capable of later country expansion. eEMO.Ai may introduce country-specific rules, taxes, compliance checks, payout requirements, and eligibility restrictions as it expands, and users must comply with the rules applicable to the territory in which they transact or operate.
Accounts, Identity, and Verification
Users must provide accurate registration, contact, and profile information and keep it up to date. Verification, KYC, badges, profile review, business approval, subscription review, or staff moderation improve trust and platform control, but they do not amount to a guarantee of performance, legality, delivery, authenticity, solvency, or future conduct by any user, business, courier, organizer, or agent.
Prohibited Goods, Services, and Conduct
You must not use eEMO.Ai for unlawful goods, stolen items, prohibited products, counterfeit goods, unsafe or regulated items without required approvals, exploitative services, fraudulent jobs, misleading events, spam, harassment, hate, impersonation, payment abuse, off-platform scams, credential abuse, platform scraping, or any conduct that exposes users, staff, or the platform to legal, financial, safety, or reputational risk. eEMO.Ai may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, freeze payouts, reject approvals, or escalate cases to law-enforcement or regulators where appropriate.
User Content and Transaction Responsibility
Users remain responsible for their listings, offers, requests, chats, uploads, pricing, fulfillment promises, event claims, booking promises, and all statements made through the platform. Buyers, sellers, employers, candidates, service providers, organizers, agents, and businesses are responsible for verifying suitability, legality, pricing, timing, safety, and contract terms before proceeding.
Payments, Holds, and Payout Conditions
Where eEMO.Ai facilitates payment collection, reservation, checkout, or release logic, the platform may apply review holds, anti-fraud controls, subscription checks, KYC checks, payout delays, dispute controls, and release conditions before funds move onward. Platform payment confirmation, reservation, or payout visibility does not remove the underlying obligations of the relevant buyer, seller, provider, organizer, or other counterparty.
Proof of Transaction and Invoice Distinction
Platform receipts, confirmations, ticket records, order records, smart transaction summaries, or payment references are evidence of activity within eEMO.Ai, but they are not automatically statutory tax invoices, VAT invoices, or official accounting documents issued by a merchant, organizer, employer, or service provider unless expressly identified as such by the relevant verified party.
Events and Organizer Controls
Event organizers remain responsible for event legality, permits, venue safety, scheduling, ticket representations, refunds where required, and the conduct of staff, guests, vendors, and performers. eEMO.Ai may enforce posting controls, ticketing approvals, reservation limits, event suspension, or payout holds where organizer trust, fraud, safety, or compliance concerns arise.
Agents, Referrals, and Platform Representatives
Agents, ambassadors, referrers, and related representatives may promote approved platform services only within the authority expressly granted by eEMO.Ai. They may not make binding promises, legal representations, payout guarantees, investment assurances, or compliance statements on behalf of the platform unless eEMO.Ai has expressly authorized that conduct in writing.
Support, CRM, and Disputes
Support requests may be logged into the platform CRM and routed to internal staff for review, triage, moderation, or escalation. eEMO.Ai may request screenshots, payment references, profile details, chat history, delivery references, or other records needed to assess a complaint. Support intervention is intended to assist resolution and trust enforcement, but it does not make eEMO.Ai the contracting counterparty to every underlying dispute.
AI and Automation Disclaimers
AI features, automation flows, search assistance, smart suggestions, moderation signals, and agent-assisted workflows are provided to improve speed and operational clarity. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong and must not be treated as legal, financial, employment, medical, tax, safety, or professional advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing and confirming important outputs before acting.
Liability Boundaries
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eEMO.Ai is not liable for third-party listings, counterfeit goods, user deception, employment outcomes, missed events, organizer misconduct, courier failures, service-quality disputes, indirect losses, lost profits, reputational harm, or decisions made in reliance on third-party content or AI-generated assistance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Enforcement, Suspension, and Updates
eEMO.Ai may suspend access, restrict features, remove content, reverse visibility, place accounts under review, or require additional verification where platform safety, compliance, payment integrity, moderation, or support resolution requires it. The platform may update these Terms as services expand, regulations evolve, or new countries launch. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
