Platform Role
eEMO.Ai acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, sell, or provide third-party goods or services unless explicitly stated.
User Eligibility
Users must be 18+ or use under guardian supervision. Business users must provide valid registration details where applicable.
User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of information - Legality of listings/services - Compliance with Zambian law
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal goods/services - Fraud, scams, counterfeit items - Human trafficking or exploitation - Restricted medical products without license - Content violating ZICTA or national laws
Payments & Escrow Model
- Payments may be held until fulfillment - Platform may delay or split payouts - Fraud or disputes may trigger holds
Marketplace Rules
- Sellers must ensure lawful goods - Buyers must verify sellers - Platform does not guarantee transaction success
Events Policy
- Paid events require verification - Platform may delay payouts until event completion - Refunds handled based on event validity and platform rules
Agent Framework
- Accurate representation - Proper handling of goods/services - Compliance with platform rules
Liability Limitation
- Fraud or misconduct by users - Product/service quality - Event issues - Indirect losses
Dispute Resolution
Platform may assist but does not guarantee outcomes. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.
AI Disclaimer
AI features assist users but do not replace human judgment. Users remain responsible for final actions.
Data & Privacy
Data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia and ZICTA regulations.
Termination
Platform may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
Updates
Terms may be updated periodically with notice.
