Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal, account, transaction, support, operational, and AI-related data eEMO.Ai collects, why it is used, and how it is handled across the platform.

What We Collect

eEMO.Ai may collect account details, identity and profile information, contact details, business details, KYC and verification information, listings and posts, bookings and event records, payment and payout references, support submissions, device and session data, chat-related activity, uploaded media, and operational records required to run the platform.

Why We Use Data

We use data to create and secure accounts, operate marketplace, jobs, events, and bookings flows, process payments and payout controls, maintain moderation and trust systems, respond to support issues, improve platform reliability, detect fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service, legal, billing, verification, and support updates.

Platform, Transaction, and Support Records

When you use eEMO.Ai, we may retain operational records such as order references, booking records, event reservations, payment states, CRM ticket notes, moderation actions, and admin review history. These records help support legitimate business operations, dispute review, auditability, fraud controls, and account continuity.

AI and Automation

Inputs sent through AI-assisted or automated workflows may be processed to generate suggestions, structured fields, routing decisions, moderation signals, or workflow assistance. We use those records to improve product functionality, reliability, safety, and abuse prevention, but AI outputs may still require human review or user confirmation.

Role-Based Access and Internal Teams

Access to data inside eEMO.Ai is intended to be role-based. Internal staff, Super Admin, CRM, finance, moderation, operations, and support personnel may access only the information reasonably necessary for their operational function, case handling, fraud review, payout review, user support, or compliance obligations.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share limited data with service providers, infrastructure providers, payment partners, communication providers, analytics or security vendors, delivery or logistics integrations, or regulatory and law-enforcement bodies where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, investigate abuse, complete a transaction, or comply with law. We do not treat personal data as a free-for-all commercial asset.

Cookies, Sessions, and Security Controls

eEMO.Ai uses cookies, tokens, session controls, and related technical measures to maintain login state, secure access, remember product context, and protect platform integrity. We also use operational monitoring, review workflows, and other reasonable safeguards to reduce misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, and service abuse.

Retention and Deletion Direction

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, preserve transaction history, manage support and dispute records, enforce trust and safety rules, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate audit or finance needs. Some records may remain retained after account closure where the platform must preserve evidence, compliance records, or financial history.

User Responsibilities for Shared Data

Users, businesses, organizers, employers, service providers, and internal staff must handle personal or business information accessed through the platform responsibly and only for legitimate platform purposes. You must not misuse, resell, scrape, publish, or expose private data obtained through eEMO.Ai.

International Expansion and Policy Updates

eEMO.Ai is Zambia-first but may expand across Africa and other territories. As we launch in additional markets, we may update this Privacy Policy, introduce country-specific notices, or adjust data-handling controls to reflect new products, compliance obligations, and operational realities.

Contact and Privacy Support

If you need help with platform privacy, account access, or support routing, use the in-product Support flow after signing in or contact supportafrica@eemo.ai. Requests may be reviewed by the relevant internal team based on the issue raised.
